Customer Assistant (Sales Admin)

Job Description:

Working Location: District 7, Ho Chi Minh City
Working Hours: Monday – Saturday | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Key Responsibilities

- Consolidate promotion programs from the Planner and communicate them to customers and in-store sales teams.

- Prepare and distribute product launch and relaunch announcements to relevant stakeholders.

- Ensure new product launches and relaunches are updated across assigned retail chains and hypermarkets within the required timeline.

- Register promotional campaigns with the Department of Industry and Trade (DOIT) in accordance with local regulations.

- Process claim documentation related to promotions and rental expenses.

Handle payment processing and customer claim submissions through internal systems.

- Coordinate promotional stock transfers from warehouses to stores, ensuring timely product availability for campaign execution.

- Monitor promotional product allocation and campaign schedules at hypermarkets.

- Investigate and resolve issues related to customer orders and promotional products.

Provide additional administrative support and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by the line manager.


Requirements

- Bachelor's or College degree with at least 1 year of experience in a Sales Admin role within the FMCG industry.

- Strong Excel skills with the ability to handle data analysis and reporting.

- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime when required.

- Good command of English is an advantage.
