1. GET TO KNOW THE TEAM:

The FinApp team is a part of the larger Finance Cortex division within company. This team primarily develops software solutions that automate and streamline financial processes.

2. GET TO KNOW THE ROLE:

As a Backend Engineer on the FinApp team under Finance Cortex, you will play a pivotal role in developing software that automates and streamlines financial processes within company. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining both our financial applications' backend and frontend components. Your role is crucial in delivering a seamless and robust user experience, contributing to both backend and frontend development efforts.

3. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design, develop, and maintain key components of the financial applications, including the SDK, CI/CD pipelines, daemons, UI, and user interfaces.

• Work closely with other engineers to integrate frontend and backend services seamlessly.

• Collect and analyze user feedback, identify areas for improvement, and prioritize feature development accordingly.

• Proactively identify and troubleshoot issues, implement fixes, and ensure application stability and performance.

4. THE MUST-HAVES

• Minimum 2 years of experience in both backend development.

• Familiarity with backend technologies such as Java, Golang, Python, MySQL, and AWS services.

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Fluent verbal English communication skills.

• Proven ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

5. SALARY AND BENEFITS

• Salary: up to $3,000 gross/month

• Completion bonus: 1 month salary

• 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
