Key Responsibilities:

• Support the sales department from the Pre-to-Post sales process, specifically in paperwork including contracts, inserting orders, annexes, etc...
• Be a primary communications contact among stakeholders in a liquidation, financial records workstream.
• Be a library policy to quickly solve other ad-hoc matters.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum a year’s experience in Sales Administration in multinational or media environments.
• Good communication, organization, paperwork resolution, and attention to detail
• Self-motivated team player, quality and performance-oriented
• Good at English, good at Word, Excel is a big plus

Salary and Benefits:

• Gross salary: Upto 13,100,000 VND (based on your experience and skills).
• 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI.
