Job Description:


The Claims Executive is responsible for managing insurance claims related to marine cargo, property/engineering, and automobile insurance. The role includes handling the end-to-end claims process, coordinating with internal departments and external stakeholders, conducting site inspections when required, and ensuring claims are processed accurately in compliance with company policies and procedures.

1/ Key Responsibility:

  • Handle insurance claims for marine cargo, property/engineering, and automobile lines, following internal claims procedures.

  • Manage the end-to-end claims process, including claim registration, investigation, assessment, and settlement.

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external parties (clients, surveyors, insurers, and other stakeholders) during the claims handling process.

    Conduct site inspections when necessary to verify claim circumstances and assess damages
  • Prepare claims reports and documentation for submission to the Claims HOD and BOD.
  • Ensure claims are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies.

2/ Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelors degree in Insurance, Accounting, Auditing, Engineering, or related fields.

  • Experience: 2–5 years of relevant experience in insurance claims or related industries.

  • Practical experience in marine cargo, property/engineering, or automobile insurance claims is preferred.

  • Language: Good command of English (spoken and written).

  • Strong analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills.

  • Good understanding of insurance policies and claims processes.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases.

  • Honest, diligent, and detail-oriented.


Working Location: District 1 (former), Ho Chi Minh City

Salary & Benefits: Negotiable, based on qualifications and experience. Candidates are encouraged to state their expected salary during the application process.

Working hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM

Contract: Full-time 1-year labor contract with Talentnet.
