Job Description:

Visual Merchandising Strategy

- Develop and standardize visual merchandising guidelines across all offline channels (Brand Stores, Drugstores, Modern Trade, etc.).

- Ensure consistent brand image and customer experience across all retail touchpoints.

Translate marketing campaigns and product launches into impactful in-store visual concepts.

Campaign & Store Execution

- Plan and execute visual merchandising activities for new product launches, seasonal campaigns, and brand activations.

Lead new store openings, store revamps, and nationwide VM rollouts.

Coordinate timelines, production, installation, and execution to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

- Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Trade Marketing, and Category teams to deliver best-in-class in-store visibility.

POSM & Display Management

Develop and manage POSM materials, including display units, testers, shelf displays, standees, and other merchandising assets.

- Optimize production costs while ensuring premium execution quality.

Manage POSM inventory, allocation, and reuse across stores.

Performance Monitoring

- Monitor in-store execution and evaluate VM effectiveness through sales performance, visibility, and shopper engagement.

- Analyze market trends and recommend improvements to display layouts, planograms, and merchandising strategies.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

- Work closely with internal stakeholders to align execution plans with business priorities.

- Manage external agencies and vendors for design, production, and installation.

- Conduct regular store visits to ensure execution quality and identify improvement opportunities.


Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Industrial Design, Marketing, Trade Marketing, or a related field.

3–5 years of experience in Visual Merchandising, Retail Marketing, Trade Marketing, Retail Design, or related roles.

- Experience in the beauty, cosmetics, retail, or FMCG industry is highly preferred.

- Strong understanding of shopper behavior and retail merchandising principles.

Proven experience managing nationwide offline merchandising projects and multi-channel execution.

- Strong project management, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Creative mindset with a good eye for aesthetics and current beauty/lifestyle trends.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Canva; experience with Photoshop or Illustrator is an advantage.

- Willingness to travel frequently for store visits and project execution.
