Job Overview

Our client is an international investment company specializing in U.S. property investment opportunities. They partner with professional organizations and business networks to connect investors with high-quality real estate projects in the United States.

In this role, you will identify, develop, and manage strategic referral partnerships that generate new business opportunities. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys networking, building long-term relationships, delivering presentations, and driving business growth in an international environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new B2B partnership opportunities across Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Da Nang, and other key markets.
  • Research and evaluate potential referral partners based on their client base, business potential, and alignment with our investment offerings.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with business partners through meetings, networking events, and ongoing engagement.
  • Present the company's investment solutions and business opportunities to prospective partners.
  • Deliver product training and business presentations to equip partners with the knowledge and confidence to introduce investment opportunities to their clients.
  • Negotiate partnership terms and referral arrangements in collaboration with senior management.
  • Coordinate seminars, workshops, and business events to strengthen partner engagement.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of partnership initiatives.
  • Track partnership performance and provide regular business updates and progress reports.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Business Development, Partnership Development, Sales, Relationship Management, or a related commercial role.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and public speaking skills.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation abilities.
  • Fluent in both Vietnamese and English (spoken and written).
  • Strong organizational and planning skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
  • Basic knowledge of AI-powered productivity tools is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Vietnam and occasionally overseas.
  • Valid passport or the ability to obtain one.
