Job Summary

Talentnet is seeking a proficient Chinese Interpreter to support a leading technology client in facilitating effective communication with Chinese-speaking stakeholders. The successful candidate will provide interpretation and translation support for business meetings, project discussions, and daily operations, ensuring clear and accurate communication across languages.

The selected candidate will sign an employment contract with Talentnet and be assigned to work at the client's office.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Chinese–Vietnamese interpretation during meetings, business discussions, presentations, and day-to-day interactions.
• Translate business documents, emails, reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and other materials between Chinese and Vietnamese.
• Facilitate communication and coordination with Chinese-speaking stakeholders to ensure smooth information exchange.
• Support meeting preparation, document translation, note-taking, and follow-up on key discussion points when required.
• Ensure accurate interpretation of business requirements, technical terminology, and project-related information.
• Maintain strict confidentiality when handling sensitive business information and internal documents.
• Perform other interpretation, translation, and administrative coordination tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Chinese Language, Translation and Interpretation, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Mandarin Chinese and Vietnamese, with strong listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills.
• Previous experience in interpretation or translation is an advantage; fresh graduates with strong language proficiency are welcome to apply.
• Good English proficiency
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders from different cultural backgrounds.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience working in the IT or technology industry is an advantage.
