Job Summary
We are looking for an E-commerce & Livestream Operations Executive to support the planning, execution, and optimization of digital commerce campaigns across major e-commerce platforms. This role will work closely with internal stakeholders and external agencies to manage livestream operations, campaign assets, online merchandising, product launches, and performance reporting to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities
1. Livestream Operations
- Coordinate and execute monthly livestream campaigns, ensuring smooth end-to-end operations.
- Manage day-to-day livestream activities, including content updates, product cards, livestream visuals, and platform setup.
- Collaborate with external agencies on livestream planning, including concepts, scripts, KOL coordination, promotional assets, and real-time execution.
- Support social media promotions for livestreams, mega campaigns, product launches, and engagement activities.
2. E-commerce Visual Merchandising
- Develop creative briefs for digital campaign assets and online merchandising materials across e-commerce platforms.
- Translate regional campaign guidelines into localized visual briefs for agencies.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure creative assets are delivered on time and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Support the development of campaign concepts and digital activation ideas.
3. Promotional & GWP Management-
- Support the planning and execution of Gift-with-Purchase (GWP) campaigns.
- Coordinate gift selection, inventory tracking, and promotional execution.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
4. Online Portfolio & Performance Management
- Coordinate new product launches across e-commerce platforms, ensuring content and digital assets meet quality standards.
- Support the setup and execution of online-exclusive bundles and promotional offers.
- Maintain product information and digital assets across internal systems and e-commerce platforms.
- Track key business metrics, including sales performance, conversion rate, average order value, and competitor activities.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and campaign performance reports, providing insights and recommendations to optimize business performance.
Requirements
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, Communications, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–4 years of experience in E-commerce, Digital Marketing, Online Merchandising, Livestream Operations, or related fields.
- Experience working with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, or similar marketplaces is preferred.
- Experience coordinating with agencies, creators, or cross-functional teams is an advantage.
