Position: HR Specialist

Working location: District 1, HCMC

Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as a key HR contact and support HR Specialized Services delivery for stakeholders.
  • Provide timely consultancy and resolution to inquiries & transactions across varying levels of complexity (escalating as needed).
  • Deliver integrated People Solutions across local & global organization and run offense on complex support need.
    • Includes advising or guiding Teammates through more sophisticated matters, delivering training, managing policies, supporting functional HRBPs through HR cycles (e.g. annual pay review, mid-year stock-programs, year-end feedback) and delivery of local HR programs as needed
  • Support HR programs' delivery, ensuring its contribution to positive employee experience meet while meeting the business and local requirements.
  • Utilizes knowledge management and case management systems to address, track and resolve teammate inquiries
  • Provide guidance and coaching to Teammates and Managers on key moments that matter, including talent and organizational guidance, employee feedback/sensing activities, and compensation-related consulting.
  • Coordinate across teams and functions to ensure consistent service standards, effective delivery, and timely support regarding employee programs and services, HR policy, process, and procedures within Service Level Agreements
  • Facilitate the distribution of reports requested by the business.
  • Maintain strong process discipline and data accuracy across HR operations.
  • Contribute to cross-functional HR projects, working groups, and process improvement initiatives, including system enhancement and automation activities.
  • Oversee and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure administration complies with local regulatory requirements and business operation, including document verification, signing, scanning, stamping, and filing.
  • Support on-site HR services and meetings with relevant stakeholders across different locations when needed.
  • Partner with external HR service providers for effective service quality, employee experience, and continuous improvement.

WHAT EXPERIENCE WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
  • At least 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources, Business Partners, HR Operations, or HR Shared Services environment.
  • Proficient in English, effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented execution of routine and complex processes (HR functional / operational knowledge)
  • Solid understanding of HR operations, policies, processes, and employee lifecycle practices.
  • Ability to partner with managers to identify gaps and support enhancing departmental processes and procedures.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including ability to build relationships, influence and utilize internal & external resources
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced and evolving environment, managing multiple priorities and project contributions.
  • Strong HR technology capability - using technology to improve or automate processes. Hands-on experience with Workday, particularly more complex backend processes, is highly preferred.
  • Able to operate effectively within a matrix organization and a good team player.

KEY INTERACTIONS:

The role will work closely with a broad network of HR and business stakeholders, including:

  • HR / People Consulting Leadership – to ensure consistent and high-quality HR service delivery.
  • HR Service Delivery and Specialist Teams - to manage escalated inquires and to develop global standards.
  • HR Business Partners – to understand business context and support key people initiatives.
  • Regional and Global Process Owners / Delivery Leads – to provide input for continuous process improvement.
  • Key Investigation stakeholders (Employee Relations, Legal, Security, Threat Management, etc.) – to resolve sensitive or complex matters and support leaders with employee outcomes.
