Job Description:

Position: Order Fulfillment Specialist - GT Channel (9-month contract)

Location: Empress Tower, 138 – 142 Hai Bà Trưng, Dist. 1, HCMC .

Working time: Onsite Monday – Friday, flexible wfh on Saturday.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Order Fulfillment Specialist oversees and manages the complete the process, from customer orders being placed to the products being delivered to the customer. This role plays a key part in ensuring accurate and timely order execution while driving process efficiency across the supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Order Management:

  • Receive, verify and process orders accurately and efficiently in SAP following regulated SOP, including sales orders, promotion campaign, NPD allocation and POSM.
  • Plan and optimize truck load while ensuring order cut-off time and requested delivery date at Customers.
  • Liaise with warehouse, transporters, and sales teams to ensure smooth and timely order fulfillment.
  • Provide order status updates, handle customer inquiries, and manage returns and exchanges.
  • Collaborate with related functions such as QA, Logistics, Sales to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the fulfillment process, such as delays or incorrect items.
  • Monitor credit limits of the assigned customers in line with credit policy.
  • Analyze and suggest ways to improve fulfillment processes for greater efficiency and accuracy

2. Reporting and documentation
• Maintain operational reports and tracking on regular basis (daily/ weekly/ monthly).
• Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments and billings and update order statuses in the system.
• Providing essential support to the team, primarily focusing on performance reporting.
• Assist in updating and maintaining KPI scorecards for GT/OTC team, ensuring timely and accurate data input.
• Support team in monitoring performance data and preparing reports.
• Digital transformation initiatives and contributing to operational governance.
• Hands-on experience in enhancing efficiency, data accuracy, and compliance within a dynamic business environment

REQUIREMENTS:
• Graduated with a major in Logistics, Supply Chain, or other related fields.
• At least 1 year of experience in logistics, order management, or similar areas.
• Proficient in tools such as Excel, Power BI, SQL, etc.
• Strong experience in data management and analysis.
