Job Description:

Title: Biotech Regulatory and Stewardship Manager
Working Place: Hanoi
Working time: Mon - Fri | 9:00 - 18:00 (Remote)
Salary: Negotiable

The role holder will:

  • Manage sales and marketing activities within the assigned territory to achieve business growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective sales and marketing initiatives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, government agencies, consulting engineers, contractors, and distributors.
  • Prepare quotations, follow up on projects, and maintain accurate CRM records to support pipeline management.
  • Coordinate with Customer Experience (CX) teams to ensure timely product availability and delivery.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to identify opportunities and improve market competitiveness.
  • Deliver technical product presentations and provide technical support to customers and distribution partners.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen long-term business relationships and expand market coverage.
  • Prepare monthly sales forecasts and contribute to annual sales planning and budgeting.
  • Support the development and optimization of distribution channels within the assigned territory.
  • Represent the company at industry events and maintain accurate sales and administrative records.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales, marketing, or civil engineering-related roles.
  • Experience in the construction materials or geosynthetics industry is an advantage.
  • Strong client relationship management and business development skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers, government agencies, consultants, and contractors.
  • Ability to apply technical knowledge in a consultative sales approach.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Willingness to travel for customer visits and business development activities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
