Job Description:

Function: Human Resources
Report to: Talent Acquisition Partner
Location: Amata Industry Zone, Dong Nai (Shuttle bus from HCMC provided) 


Key Responsibilities

Recruitment & Talent Sourcing

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for vacancy positions across Vietnam.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source and engage candidates through LinkedIn, VietnamWorks, CareerViet, employee referrals, universities, and other recruitment channels.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interview schedules and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Re-engage previous applicants and passive candidates for suitable opportunities.

Campus & Early Careers Recruitment

  • Support and coordinate campus recruitment activities, career fairs, internship programs, and university partnerships.
  • Build relationships with universities, student organizations, and external partners to strengthen early-career talent pipelines.
  • Promote the company as an employer of choice among students and young professionals.

Employer Branding & Talent Attraction

  • Support local employer branding initiatives and help promote the Employee Value Proposition (EVP).
  • Create and share engaging recruitment content through social media and other digital channels.
  • Enhance and promote the Employee Referral Program to increase referral hiring success.
  • Manage monthly vacancy communications and new hire announcements.

Stakeholder & Candidate Management

  • Collaborate closely with Hiring Managers, HR Business Partners, Centers of Expertise (CoEs), and People Services to deliver hiring solutions.
  • Provide regular recruitment updates and market insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure excellent experience for candidates throughout the recruitment journey.

Recruitment Operations & Analytics

  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and internal databases.
  • Track and report key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and candidate conversion rates.
  • Support continuous improvement of recruitment processes and hiring effectiveness.

Talent Market Intelligence

  • Conduct market mapping and talent landscape research to support business hiring needs.
  • Provide regular updates on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, competitor hiring activities, and candidate availability.
  • Advise Hiring Managers and HR stakeholders on market conditions, talent availability, and recruitment strategies to support informed hiring decisions.
  • And other tasks assigned by line manager.


Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Up to 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or talent acquisition activities would be an advantage.
  • Experience supporting high-volume hiring or recruitment projects within a multinational environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and recruitment platforms is a plus.
  • Passion for recruiting and connecting with people.
  • Strong sourcing skills using online platforms.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills in both Vietnamese and English.
  • Proactive, resilient, and customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Canva, and other digital communication tools is an advantage.
