Position: Customer Service Executive (Contract 07 months)
Working location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
Working time: Full-time from Monday to Friday
We are seeking a Customer Service Executive to support order processing and customer coordination within logistics and distribution operations. This role involves handling sales enquiries, managing customer purchase orders (POs), and coordinating shipments to ensure timely delivery. Candidates with experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or factory environments are preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
• Process and acknowledge customer Purchase Orders (POs) accurately and promptly.
• Handle customer enquiries related to orders, delivery schedules, and product information.
• Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and purchasing teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Arrange delivery and shipment schedules based on customer requirements.
• Monitor order and shipment status and resolve operational issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate order records in the ERP system and support related administrative tasks.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service, order processing, or operations support.
• Experience in logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or factory environments is preferred.
• Experience with industrial products (screws, nuts, pipes, mechanical components) is an advantage.
• FMCG background is not preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems (Exact system is a plus; training will be provided).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• English communication skills (written and spoken) to support reporting to the Singapore management team (able to understand and speak, 6/10 level).
