Job Description:

Key Responsibilities

Product Documentation & Operations

- Manage product notification and documentation for new launches, formula updates, and product renewals.

- Maintain and update the product master tracker to ensure data accuracy and alignment with launch timelines.

- Coordinate product labeling and localized artwork with internal teams and external agencies.

- Prepare product listing documents and support product registration for retail and e-commerce channels.

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve product documentation or inventory discrepancies.

- Support administrative documentation related to product claims, licenses, and product samples.

Marketing Operations & Logistics-

Coordinate product samples, marketing materials, and gifts for customer listings, events, activations, and promotional campaigns.

- Arrange logistics and delivery of PR kits, POSM, gifts, and marketing materials.

- Track inventory usage and support budget monitoring for marketing activities.

Procurement & Administrative Support

Raise and track Purchase Requisitions (PR), Purchase Orders (PO), Goods Receipts (GR), and payment documentation.

- Coordinate with Procurement, Finance, and vendors to ensure timely purchasing and payment processes.

- Follow up with agencies on contract settlement and required documentation.

- Maintain reports on procurement status, budgets, and project expenses.

Marketing & Brand Support

- Support the execution of offline marketing activities, events, and visual merchandising.

- Monitor competitor activities, product launches, and promotional campaigns.

- Prepare market and trend reports to support business planning.

Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing team and assist with ad-hoc projects as assigned.


Requirements

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, or a related field.

Experience

1–3 years of experience in Sales Administration, Marketing Administration, Commercial Operations, Procurement, or a similar role.

Experience in FMCG, Retail, Beauty, or Consumer Goods industries is preferred.

Skills & Competencies

- Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.

- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines.

Comfortable working with Excel, reports, and operational tracking.

Experience with ERP/SAP systems is an advantage.

- Good command of written and spoken English.

Proactive, responsible, and solution-oriented mindset.
