1. Position Overview

• Job Title: The Assistant Accounting Manager

• Contract Duration: 1 year

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

2. Key responsibilities

General Ledger & Closing

• Manages general ledger accounting activities, including journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and fixed assets accounting

• Supports and coordinates monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities

• Reviews balance sheet reconciliations and ensures integrity and completeness of accounting records

• Supports accurate and timely financial reporting in accordance with company policies and accounting standards

Credit Management & Accounts Receivable

• Manages customer credit risk, including credit limit monitoring, overdue analysis, and risk assessments

• Monitors receivables performance and escalates collection risks where necessary

• Coordinates collection follow-up and resolution of customer payment issues together with Sales and relevant stakeholders

• Supports bad debt provisioning and monitoring of customer exposure

• Oversees invoicing and accounts receivable processes to ensure accuracy and timely follow-up

Treasury & Working Capital

• Supports working capital monitoring through oversight of receivables and overdue developments

• Provides receivables insights and reporting to Accounting, Treasury, and FBP teams

• Supports cashflow visibility through monitoring of customer collections and receivable developments

Leadership & Process Improvement

• Provides operational leadership and guidance to the AR team

• Ensures AR and credit management procedures are standardized and followed consistently

• Supports process improvements related to receivables, reconciliations, and financial administration

• Contributes to strengthening financial controls and documentation within accounting operations

Projects & Continuous Improvement

• Drives process improvements, standardization, and automation initiatives within accounting and finance operations

• Participates in finance-related projects and system improvements to strengthen efficiency and controls

• Contributes to the further development of the Vietnam finance organization and governance framework

Governance & Compliance

• Ensures compliance with company policies, financial controls, and accounting procedures related to receivables and GL accounting

• Supports audit activities and ensures relevant documentation is available and accurate

3. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration

• 5–8 years of relevant experience in accounting, general ledger, or receivables management

• Experience with credit management and balance sheet reconciliations preferred

• Strong understanding of general ledger accounting and financial administration

• Knowledge of receivables management and credit risk processes

• Strong analytical and organizational skills

• Ability to coordinate across Finance, Sales, and customers

• Operates independently within established accounting and credit management frameworks.

• Acts as a key operational counterpart to the Accounting & Financial Control Manager on GL quality and working capital topics.

4. Benifit:


• Gross salary: up to 50 million VND/month
