KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support sales activities, quotations, contracts, and order processing.
• Coordinate closely with manufacturing, technical, and supply chain teams.
• Follow up delivery schedules, shipment status, and customer requirements.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure customer satisfaction and reliable supply.
• Support business development activities and customer relationship management.
• Overseas business travel when required.

REQUIREMENTS

• Background in polymers, plastics, chemicals, or related fields is highly preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience in plastic raw materials, chemicals, or the plastic industry is preferred.
• Experience in plastics manufacturing industries:
  • Automotive & motorcycle components
  • Plastic packaging
  • Electrical & electronics
  • Injection molding & pipe extrusion
• Fresh graduates are welcome and will receive structured training.
• Fluent in English (spoken & written); Chinese is an advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
• Strong communication skills with a proactive, responsible, and learning-oriented mindset.
• Career-oriented toward sales and materials business development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
