Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
1. Product Training
- Develop and deliver product knowledge training for new and existing PGs.
- Update training materials whenever new products or technologies are launched.
- Ensure PGs fully understand product features, USPs, competitive advantages, and customer benefits.
2. Sales Skills Training
Train PGs on:
- Customer engagement
Needs analysis - Product demonstration
Objection handling - Closing techniques
- Cross-selling & up-selling
3. Training Material Development
Create and maintain:
- PowerPoint presentations
- Product manuals
- Quick guides
- Training videos
- E-learning content
- Knowledge quizzes
4. Field Coaching
- Conduct regular store visits.
- Observe PG performance on the sales floor.
- Provide one-on-one coaching.Identify skill gaps and recommend improvement plans.
5. Training Evaluation
- Conduct pre/post-training assessments.
- Monitor knowledge retention.
- Track training effectiveness through KPIs such as:
- Test scores
- Mystery shopper results
- Product knowledge
- Sales conversion
- Sell-out performance
6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with Sales, Trade Marketing, Marketing, and Product teams.
Support new product launches, dealer events, and retail activation programs.
7. Reporting
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on:
Training completion
Attendance
Coaching activities
Field observations
Improvement plans
Training effectiveness
Requirements
- Educaton
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Education, or related fields.
- 2–5 years of experience in Product Training, Field Force Development, Retail Training, or Sales Training.
- Experience in Consumer Electronics, Home Appliances is preferred.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
- Strong communication and coaching abilities.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
- Good English
