1. Position Overview

• Job Title: Logistics & Procurement Officer

• Contract Duration: 9 months

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

2. Key responsibilities

Logistics Operations

• Coordinate import and export logistics activities, including shipment booking, transportation arrangements, customs clearance coordination and document management.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant delivery of goods.
• Process and verify logistics-related invoices and payment requests, ensuring accuracy and timely settlement.

Indirect Procurement

• Execute sourcing and procurement activities for assigned indirect categories, ensuring optimal cost, quality, and supply reliability.
• Support supplier selection, quotation analysis, purchase order creation, contract administration, and delivery follow-up.
• Work closely with Finance, Operations and other stakeholders to ensure smooth procurement and logistics operations.
• Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and internal control requirements.

3. Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business or a related field.
• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in logistics, import-export, procurement or supply chain operations.
• Knowledge of import-export procedures, shipping documentation, customs clearance and freight forwarding processes.
• Experience coordinating with freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs brokers.
• Good organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and payment processing.
• Good analytical skills and cost awareness.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; experience working with ERP systems (SAP is an advantage).
• Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English.

4. Benifit:

• Gross salary: up to 20 million VND/month

• Official Labor Contract with full Social Insurance (SI), Health Insurance (HI), and Unemployment Insurance (UI)
