Location: Da Nang (Nguyen Huu Tho Street)

Working Hour: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM


ABOUT THE TEAM:

The team is a dynamic group focused on delivering the best non-food delivery experience for our users. We collaborate with top-tier retailers, brands, and delivery partners to ensure a seamless ecosystem.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

High-Touch Acquisition & Hunting (The "Field")

  • Merchant Prospecting: Identify, pitch, and lead negotiations with a diverse range of retailers (Local Heroes, Grocery chains, and Specialty stores) to join the company's platform.
  • Onboarding & Integration: Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new enterprise accounts, ensuring smooth system integration into company's processes.
  • On-the-Ground Intelligence: Regularly visit markets and retail hubs to gather real-time data on

Account Coordinator

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with SMB commercial partners. Act as the main point of contact to engage prospects and existing partners effectively.
  • Performance Optimization: Monitor key metrics (Sales Volume, Order Accuracy, Delivery Efficiency, Fulfillment Rates) and proactively troubleshoot operational issues to minimize disruption.
  • Growth & Campaign Execution: Collaborate with partners to design and implement promotional campaigns, menu optimizations, and pricing strategies that align with market demands.
  • Data-Driven Consulting: Utilize data analytics to identify buying patterns, predict outcomes, and recommend proactive measures to improve the partner's performance on the platform.
  • Representation: Represent company in external meetings and business reviews to showcase the value of the partnership.


REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years of experience in Account Management, Business Development, or Partnerships, preferably in E-commerce, On-demand Delivery (Food/Mart), FMCG, or Agency environments.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Data Science, or a related field.
  • Enterprise Mindset: Experience managing key accounts/enterprise clients is a strong advantage.
  • Analytical Skills: Proficiency in using data to inform decisions and strategies. Ability to analyze spreadsheets and performance charts.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools and internal software systems.
  • Execution-Driven Mindset: A highly driven individual with a winning spirit and a hands-on approach to drive initiatives from planning through to successful execution.
  • Process-Oriented: A disciplined approach to following strict workflows and meeting deadlines.

  • 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI
