Key Responsibilities

Packaging Project Execution

• Execute end-to-end packaging development projects under the guidance of the R&D team.
• Coordinate packaging changes from project initiation through implementation, ensuring timely delivery.

Packaging Documentation

• Prepare and maintain packaging specifications, Bills of Materials (BOM), work instructions, and other technical documentation.
• Ensure all documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with internal standards.

Supplier & Sample Coordination

• Coordinate with suppliers on packaging mock-ups, prototypes, and sample submissions.
• Track sample progress and ensure timely completion of required activities.

Testing & System Management

• Support technical testing, validation activities, and documentation.
• Maintain and update packaging-related information in systems such as AWS, CAPE, and PLM.

Project Coordination

• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
• Work closely with R&D and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
• Escalate potential risks or delays and support issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Packaging Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years of experience in Packaging Development, Packaging Operations, Product Development, R&D Operations, Project Coordination, or related functions.
• Experience working in FMCG, Consumer Healthcare, or Manufacturing is an advantage.
• Familiarity with BOM, technical specifications, packaging documentation, or PLM systems is preferred.
• Strong coordination, organization, and project tracking skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with AWS, CAPE, SAP, or PLM systems is a plus.
