Job Summary
- We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Admin/ Customer Operations Executive to support order management, customer administration, channel operations, and trade support activities. The role works closely with Sales, Finance, Customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency, service quality, and compliance with company processes.
Key Responsibilities
1. Order Management
- Process customer orders accurately and timely in the system.
- Update and maintain customer and order information.
- Support pricing notifications and customer communications.
- Handle order-related administrative tasks and documentation.
- Ensure data accuracy and compliance with company procedures.
2. Channel Support
- Verify customer information and supporting documents.
- Support contract administration and e-signature processes.
- Coordinate with Sales teams and suppliers to ensure smooth execution of activities.
- Track customer investment programs and maintain related records.
- Prepare reports and monitor contract performance.
3. Trade Support
- Support trade scheme calculations and documentation.
- Assist with POSM procurement and administrative processes.
- Maintain tracking reports and operational databases.
- Prepare and distribute required customer documents and certificates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Customer Service, or related fields.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Customer Service, Sales Administration, Order Processing, or Customer Operations.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office applications.
- Experience working with ERP systems (e.g., JDE, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
