The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Employee Engagement & Internal Communication
  • Event Execution & Logistics: Execute end-to-end logistics for internal engagement activities and culture campaigns to foster an inclusive work environment.
  • Recognition Program Operations: Coordinate operational workflows and material preparation for employee milestones and recognition programs to boost workforce morale.
  • Vendor & Supply Management: Direct vendor coordination, venue booking, procurement of event merchandise, and budget tracking to ensure flawless event delivery.
  • Others: Performs other dues as assigned by management.

Requirement

  • 1+ years of hands-on experience in internal communications, employee engagement, or event execution.
  • Basic proficiency in Canva (or basic design tools) to create simple visual communications and event collateral is a plus.
  • Energetic, highly motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong hunger to learn and adapt in a fast-paced corporate environment.
  • Available for a 6-month full-time contract.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Gross salary: 14,500,000 VND.
  • 100% salary in 2-month probation period & full SHUI.
  • Sign 6-month contract with Talentnet.
