About the Role

This role supports the Net Revenue Management (NRM) agenda by leveraging business data and analytics to identify growth opportunities and optimize commercial decisions. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you will help drive sustainable revenue growth through pricing, promotion, mix, and portfolio optimization.


Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze business data to identify trends, patterns, and growth opportunities across assigned product categories.
  • Conduct business diagnostics and recommend revenue growth initiatives using Net Revenue Management methodologies and multiple internal/external data sources.
  • Support the NRM Manager in delivering analyses related to Price/Pack Architecture, Mix Management, and Promotion Optimization.
  • Assist in the development, enhancement, and implementation of NRM analytics tools and dashboards.
  • Support capability-building initiatives by sharing NRM methodologies and best practices with business teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to evaluate commercial opportunities, develop implementation plans, and monitor execution.
  • Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of assigned initiatives.
  • Work closely with regional NRM teams and global counterparts to share knowledge, benchmark performance, and adopt best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Experience in Consumer Insights, Consumer Research, Trade Category Management, Commercial Finance, or Business Partnering is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into business insights.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Python, or Power BI, or a strong willingness to learn.
  • Curious about AI applications and automation in business processes.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to drive business discussions independently.
  • Proactive, resilient, and comfortable working in a project-based, fast-paced environment.
