Responsibilities/ Task:

1. Customer Technical Support:

- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Vietnamese customers and global partners (KMCN)

- Willing to travel to customer sites when required to support installation, troubleshooting, and technical discussions.

2. Technical Coordination with Supplier (KMCN)

- Coordinate with our principal supplier KraussMaffei CN to meet customer technical requirements.

- Ensure customer satisfaction by following defined-service checklists and technical standards.

3. Technical Support for RFQ

- Support the Sales and Spare Parts departments by clarifying technical specifications and requirements by Check-list

4. Support after-sales service activities including machine commissioning, acceptance, and maintenance coordination.
Maintain strong relationships with key customers.

Requirements Profile (IMM technical):

- Completed technical vocational training in electrics, electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, metal technology, or plastics process engineering. 

- Knowledges about IMM (Injection Molding Machine)

- Experience as a commissioning/service and customer service technician is a plus.

- Proficiency in English and MS Office; additional language skills are a bonus.

- Team player with an open mind.

- Strong self-organization skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and the ability to work independently & proactive solving problems.
