Work Location: Factory in Bình Dương, Số 26 VSIP đường số 8, KCN Việt Nam – Singapore, Phường Bình Hòa, Thành phố Thuận An, Tỉnh Bình Dương (có xe đưa rước)

Working time: Onsite Monday – Friday (8h - 16h30)

JOB SUMMARY:

• This person is with 3-5 years working experience of R&D packaging who can lead complex packaging projects and provide packaging technical support for Biscuit & Fresh product. And also a business partner who works with business team (marketing, MSC…) to provide packaging solution to continue drive business growth.
• This position is accountable for Productivity, BCP & Automation, some of B2B & promotion program…projects in Vietnam but not least. Packaging development may include new packaging material, new packaging function, new packing format and new packing engineering introduction or reformulate current ones.
• This position requires a detailed & deep understanding of packaging development process and the knowledge of packaging enabling technologies to make a significant contribution to project objective and outcomes.
• Ensuring the information input into R&D systems (Spec,BOM, Packaging appearance standard, Work instruction….) is correct, accurate and timely updated, including projects terminating after agreement with partners.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and deliver new packaging development projects for Vietnam includes Productivity, BCP & Automation, promotion & gifting on time and support for quality improvement to reach company AC target.
• Work as a business partner, provide General Technical Support to business. Develop project scope in response to business initiatives. Active participant in developing, recommending, planning and delivery in line with business process.
• Work with global team for new technology applicate locally.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor or Master degree in Packaging Engineer, Food Engineer, Material science or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 3 years’ experience in packaging development, food Industry or related area.
• Understanding of packaging, packaging test methods and packing processes, technical documentation (specifications, technical drawings, dielines). And Material knowledge (flexible, rigid, cardboard & corrugated)
• Project management capability. Able to manage multiple assignments, tasks concurrently and meet deadline.
• Experience in food industrial or FMCG industry is preferred.
• Good inter-personal skill & computer skill
• Fluent English in oral & written
