Job Description:

• Working hours: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM, Monday to Friday
• Location: Company Office, 6 Thang Long Street, Tan Binh District

1. Job Overview

The Clearance Support Agent (Backline) plays a critical role in resolving complex customs clearance issues, driving problem resolution, and ensuring the seamless flow of international express shipments.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Determine shipment value according to the local valuation guidelines provided by local authorities.
• Ensure the accurate preparation and provision of import & export Customs declarations within required time standards for review.
• Contact Customers for shipment information, duty and tax advice, seek payment approval.
• Ensure the attainment of both inbound and outbound shipment clearance within clearance performance targets and transit time.
• Capable of submitting customs documentation and assisting customers in providing explanations & clarifications to Customs department.
• Review the “Shipment in Bond” inventory report to ensure that these shipments are worked on a daily.
• Up-to-date Maintenance of Customer database.

3. Requirements

• Completed university/college education, with Customs Brokerage Staff Certificate preferred.
• From 2-3 years of relevant experience of working with Customs Clearance matters within Transportation, Logistics or Import/Export industry.
• Fluent English skills, both written and spoken.
• Able to interpret regulations, explain customs matters, and solve problems.
• Good customer communication skills via phone and email.
