Title: Sales Automation & Reporting Analyst Specialist
Working Place: 142 – 146 Hai Bà Trưng, District 1, HCMC
Working time: Mon - Sat | 9:00 - 18:00
Salary: 20tr Gross + Allowances

The role holder will:

• Design, build, and maintain automated reports and dashboards using Power BI to support business decisions and performance tracking.
• Collect, validate, and reconcile sales KPI data used for incentive and bonus calculations.
• Monitor and resolve data discrepancies and reporting issues raised by field sales representatives.
• Manage and support key business applications, including DMS, Image Recognition platforms, and AI/ML tools.
• Ensure data integrity across reporting platforms and support sales execution initiatives.
• Prepare clear and visually compelling PowerPoint presentations to communicate insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Regional teams on reporting standards, data alignment, and best practices.
• Perform data manipulation, analysis, and ad-hoc reporting using advanced Excel skills.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Information Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in data reporting, Business Intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
• Proven experience in building automated reports, dashboards, and data models using Power BI.
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction, transformation, and validation.
• Advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, and complex formulas.
• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to create executive-level presentations.
• Hands-on experience with DMS, Image Recognition platforms, or AI/ML tools is an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Business-level English proficiency is required for collaboration with Regional teams.
• Experience in FMCG, Sales Operations, or Commercial functions is a plus.
