• Position: Order Fulfillment Specialist - GT Channel (12-month contract)
• Location: Empress Tower, 138 – 142 Hai Bà Trưng, Dist. 1, HCMC .
• Working time: Onsite Monday – Friday, flexible wfh on Saturday.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Order Fulfillment Specialist (GT) is responsible for managing the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from receiving and processing customer purchase orders (POs) to coordinating product deliveries. This role ensures order accuracy, timely delivery, and effective coordination with customers and internal stakeholders across the supply chain.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Management:

• Experienced in load consolidation planning by delivery routes, optimizing truck utilization and transportation costs, and coordinating with Logistics Operations to ensure on-time deliveries to GT channel distributors. 
• Receive and process customer purchase orders (POs) accurately and efficiently.
• Check inventory availability and ensure orders can be fulfilled according to customer requirements.
• Arrange shipment bookings and coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor order status and proactively update customers on order progress.
• Communicate directly with customers to handle inquiries, complaints, and order-related issues.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, or Order Fulfillment.
• Hands-on experience working with the General Trade channel, including distributors, wholesalers, or traditional retail stores.
• Direct experience handling the end-to-end order fulfillment process, from receiving customer POs to coordinating deliveries and resolving order-related issues.
• Experience using SAP to process and track orders.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Basic English communication, reading, and writing skills.

• Salary: VND 13,000,000–17,000,000 gross/month + VND 980,000 monthly allowance.
